| James Hederman, SJ
comes to Inisfada from Boston, MA. James is trained in pediatric psychiatry and worked for 12 years with adolescents
in family therapy with a focus on systems theory. For the ministry of spiritual direction, James trained in Guelph, Ontario
and St. Ignatius Retreat House, Manhasset, NY. Presently James in Director of Campus Ministry at Boston College High
School. He has a deep sense of Creator God being part of every day life. James sees this program facilitating his deep
desire to journey with others in Ignatian Spirituality.

Damian Mazurkiewicz, SJ
presently lives and works in New York as a teacher of Religion at the Nativity Mission Center. Damian was born in Poland
and it was there that he joined the Society of Jesus. In the Fall Damian will return to Warsaw to complete his Theological
Studies. Damian comes to the program with a strong desire to gain more experience and wisdom in the ministry of journeying
with others in Spiritual Direction and the Directed Retreat.

| Alejandro Olayo Mendez, SJ was born and
raised in Mexico City. He is a Jesuit of the Oregon Province
of the Society of Jesus. Alejandro holds a BA in Philosophy
and a BA in Communications. Before joining the Society, Alejandro
taught in High School, College, worked for a management consulting
firm and spent a year at a human rights center in Chiapas, Mexico.
Alejandro is presently ministering at Loyola University in Chicago.
He feels a strong call to accompany people, particularly those
who are at the margins of society. Through participation in
this Internship, Alejandro hopes to enhance his gifts and love
for the ministry of the Directed Retreat. |
William Rakowicz, SJ presently returned
to the U.S. after 25 years in Caroline-Marshall Islands, Pacific.
During that time, William was involved in Secondary School Education
as teacher and Director of the school. William also ministered
as Vicar of the Region, Assistant to the Major Superior of the
Mission, parish priest, spiritual director and retreat director.
William appreciates the interwoven threads between psychological
helath, spiritual well-being and grace. William's participation
in the Internship on Ignatian Spirituality and the Directed
retreat will be a great help in his desire to refine skills
and gain more experience in directing others in the retreat
setting. |

| Marc Roselli, SJ, a native of New York, has
ministered in high schools since 1979, including Xavier, Fordham
Prep, Canisius and Regis. Marc recently returned to NY from
Nigeria where he ministered for the past five years as teacher,
principal, director at Loyola Jesuit College. Marc has ten years
experience working in campus ministry as well as several years
as spiritual director and retreat director of Retrouvaille.
Marc is presently on staff at St. Ignatius Retreat House. He
knows that his participation in the Summer Internship will enhance
his multi-faceted ministry here at Inisfada. |
Fu Shih-Ying (Helen)
is a Religious of the Daughters of Jesus and comes to us from Taipei, Taiwan. Her manifold areas of ministry include
Lecturer, Counselor of Student Guidance and Counseling of Fu Jen Catholic University, Chaplain of Chinese Catholic University
Students Association. Helen is also involved in Christian Life Community (CLC). Helen is a graduate of Taiwan Provincial
College of Nursing. In July 2006, she ministered to the Chinese Community in Dallas and in New Jersey directing the 8-day
Directed Retreat. During the summer Internship Helen hopes to deepen her own personal relationship with God and when she
returns to Taiwan be a more effective director for the many people desiring personal encounter with God.
