Films that Speak to the Spirit

May 25th, 6:45pm-9pm.  “Casablanca“  – Casablanca is a 1942 American romantic drama directed by Michael Curtiz, starring Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman and Paul Henried. The film focuses on a man torn between love and virtue. He must choose between his love for a woman  and helping her and her husband (a Czech Resistance Leader) escape from the Vichy-controlled Moroccan city of Casablanca to continue his fight against the Nazis.

Come and enjoy thought-provoking movies with us every last Tuesday of the month until May.These movies touch upon many themes of Ignatian spirituality and dynamics found in the Spiritual Exercises. Fr. Marc Roselli, SJ, will host and facilitate discussion. $15 pp per session. Refreshments are provided.
