We are situated in Nassau County, LI, opp. Christopher Morley Park.
By car: Use the Long Island Expressway (Rt. 495) to Exit 36, Searingtown Road. The House is 1/2 mile north of the Expressway on the west side of Searingtown Road.
By Rail: Take the Port Washington Line of the LIRR from Penn Station in Manhattan to Manhasset Station. A taxi at the station will bring you the remaining 2 miles to the Retreat House.
From JFK: Travel from JFK via airlink ($6) to Jamaica LIRR station and LIRR train east to Mineola, and then cab. From La Guardia via cab and from Long Island Railroad Manhasset station via cab. Use Ollie’s taxi 516-437-0505 or Plandome taxi (516-627-0900) or classictrans.com for airport pickup.
